It looks like this year I will not actually be making the trip to Idaho!? After careful calculation of my budget and the fact that I get paid peanuts (hey, elephants have to eat too), I will be going on the cheap with a free trip offered by…my parents!? I hope to FINALLY get out to Idaho SOON and get things rolling, or riding. It just may be for the 2009-10 season. In the meantime, check out OwnersConcierge.com and if you are interested, feel free to sign up. It offers a free Vacation Sharing Calendar to help vacation home owners stay in the loop. If you are the owner of a company, feel free to join as a solutions partner. You will receive and auto-reply email, but then of course we will review you information to tie you in. My other company, Huron Consulting, is always available to help you with the ins and outs. Alas, by next year I hope to have an Authorized Owners Concierge sales person in place, and skiidahovacations.com (along with ownersandcompany.com and ownersondesk.com up and running SMOOTHLY ![]()

With 9 to 11 inches of new snow being reported for Sun Valley, and up to 11 inches for Brundage Mountain, one can’t help but to start dreaming of the powder days ahead! As an Idaho skiing convert, I sacrilege my former haunts of Breckenridge for a chance down Bawldy. As the holidays push us a little faster to get it all done, and work files race to retire before the new year, don’t forget to take a moment for a breath: that crisp, cool air, my friend, are those powder vacation days calling.

No, you are not getting any ‘real’ corduroy. But worry, just think back to your last pair of corded high waters. I am talking about that epic corduroy that only comes a few times a year (and almost never when your stuff at the office. With turns solid and crisp, the 11 inches of snow cat fecal matter pressed to 7 is something to cherish. Just wash your hands after playing with it.
